Chrono Cross is the long awaited sequel to Chrono Trigger, one of the best RPG's ever
released on the SNES. The battle system involves a stamina meter which depletes depending on what actions
you take, somewhat different from the traditional Active Time Battle (ATB). Depending on what actions you take, you
will get different characters. It may take several plays of the game (using New Game+) to get all the characters. Also,
there are two different endings. A far cry from Chrono Trigger, but it still adds some
replay value. The New Game+ feature from Chrono Trigger remained in its sequel, for any of
you that wanted to kill those "undefeatable" bosses that most RPG's include. (In one instance,
you fight the rest of your party. Usually you would lose this battle. However, you can
win with New Game+). It's best for you to decide whether you like this game or not. For
any Chrono Trigger fanatics, I would give it a try.
